Brighart’s paintings are acrylic and mixed media, combining Liquitex, with its heavy bodied texture, which adds a dynamic quality to her colour, abstract compositions. Recent works are experimental with the use of nylon umbrellas, glass beads within layers of transparent acrylic Lascaux paint, as seen in the painting, 'Flirti Bird'.
